Our group at a glance
The Falck Gruppe AG is the parent company of the enterprises group. With real estate, tax & Accounting and special consultancy she commands three fully integrated service branches. The group looks back on a long history of entrepreneurship in Central Switzerland. In 1875, the original firm was founded and has since then continuously developed and transformed. To this day, the group is an owner-managed company in by now the fifth generation.
Della Valle Immobilien AG is one of the largest real estate brokerages in Central Switzerland and since 2022 part of the Falck Gruppe AG. Real estate is the passion of this Meggen-based company that boasts further outlets in Ebikon, Horw and Weggis. For both buying and selling property, the Della Valle team provide outstanding client service throughout the entire transaction process.
Falck Immobilien was incorporated into the group in 2021. The company was founded more than 30 years ago. Since then the company has developed into one of the eminent real estate firms in Adliswil, Zurich. The company is specialized on property management, construction management and related consulting services.
